Just me again chaps......So I'm reaaly starting to look around in the Trader and Ebay and in here and 911uk.com etc etc.. And don't worry.... I'm not going to purchase off Ebay....just looking!! I am still in a dilemma regarding which way to jump.... Two of the Carrera lads have offered their cars at around £11k and the other £12.5k. (Rod and Nessie).. Now I'm tempted by them however Just looking on the Autotrader their seems to be some SC's out there at a lot less money, which I think might give me the Porsche experience just as well. In my previous post, alot of you suggested that a well sorted SC will be on a par with a Carrera. That said, I've never been in a Carrera to miss whatever extra it has to offer.

So what are the differences in the cabin trim, i've noticed some SC's have a checkered seat pattern.. personally I would like a Three spoke streering wheel.. etc etc.. I've seen one which has what looks to be grey dashboard and interior??? ( Could it just be a poor photo?)
Are their specialist breakers out there which could supply seats, s/wheels and other bits and pieces.. And what does it cost for a pair or set of seats.. ( I realise they will be Porsche priced!!)

This isn't have exciting!!!!

The SC steering wheel is three spoke as standard but a lot of folks fit aftermarket items, trim and seats are available from auto jumbles , Ebay and breakers. Whatever you buy get a PPI, there are many low priced SCs needing lots of expensive TLC.
