Hi there!!!

First off, please accept my apologies for yet another HID conversion question, but please bear with me. Relatively new to the world of Porsche and I'm just after a little bit of advice really. I've got a 2000 C4 and thinking about getting a HID conversion and have seen the one available from the Posrcheshop.co.uk.

I was just wondering if anyone has got any experience of this particular kit. I've read a few articles that states some of the kits aren't legal. So was wondering if this one is legal and actually worth it???

Thanks again!!!

Adam!

I think they are all much of a muchness. The one from aceparts has been fitted by a few of the guys here, and gets good reviews.

I converted mine using a kit from Aceparts (as detailed elsewhere on the site). I also read somewhere that HID lights should have auto-height adjusting to be 'legal', but after 3 years and as many MOTs have not had any issues.

HTH.

Thanks for your replies guys, I was refering more to the legality of the light patterns when MOT, its all above and beyond me tbh but it was something about how the light either was or wasn't difused???

I've decided to risk it anyway lol, thanks again!!!

Found this link if anyone is interested.

I think the likleyhood of being pulled or failing MOT is low as long as they point the right way and dont attract too much attention by fitting the purple colour capsules
