High Mileage 996 ?

Hi,
Have owned many PORKERS, my current being a 1996 993 Targa Tip S, this is a high mileage car of which I have had no problems and done about 15K miles in the last year.

Have been looking at a 1999 Model with 68K miles on the clock, owned by PORSCHE Cars GB plus one owner and its from an indepedant with whom I have purchased 2 previous models.

Its a C4 Tip S, with huge spec, full leather, PSM, Memory Seats, 18" rims, etc. etc.

Any advice please ?

There was a thread which I started some months ago about problems with high milage 996's. Have a search...
 
68k miles is not high , Porsche Cars GB usually spec their cars right up, I had one ( 996C2 tip )in '99, still got it, daily driver, too good to part with. If price is right and full history, go for it.

Decided to go for it, and collect her in 2 weeks as it wants full service, and a few minor bits attending to.

Signed my life away...... heh but its worth it !!
