Called them today, £18ish paid by debit card, should be with me tomorrow...I don't even own any cassettes!

I removed the cassette flaps (gentle pressure in the centre) and put in some of that non slip rubbery stuff, keep my phone (hands free cable routes out of corner in front of hinge) and tyre pressure guage in there.
