Hose To AOS 88 Turbo

I have blown the hose on the top of my air oil separator on my 88 turbo. The on that connects from the AOS to the hard metal control vacuum and boost lines. I am struggling to find a part number. I can find one for and 86 engine but not for an 88. The only number I can see is for the entire control line plus this item. Can anyone advise if these are available separately or there is an aftermarket solution?

Yeah that's the right one. There has to be another way though I simply can't and won't pay that price for the entire assy. It has some sort of valve fitted in it. I wonder how important this is?

I'd check Mr Samco's catalogue and see if a suitable 90 bend and tee piece could be joined together with a 40mm stub and replicate the original setup.

The valve has a purpose, and my experience of crankcase breathing is that its not to be messed with. The OE system is pretty good.

I share your view of the OE spare part cost

Curious that the valve is not included in the 86 setup. Agreed it should go back though. I think my first port of call will be my PIRTEK man on Monday.

OK I paid a visit to PIRTEK Paul this week and I have the solution. It may not be pretty but it is certainly not £400. Lives under the inlet manifold so who cares? Has all the functionality of the original including the one way valve. Set me back the princely sum of £14 after mates rates and works a treat.

It's a similar problem with the control line assembly that it connects to (951 110 061 03/04) - it has several pipes that are connected to it. I'm currently trying to figure out what hoses etc. I need before I tackle the vacuum system under the manifold. Presumably it's OK to replace all the hoses on the metal assembly? If one can find hoses that fit...

It depends if you have a cycling valve still or not? Which I don't. Eventually I will get rid if them all. The only feed the valve and the AOS.
