Just saw the entry list for the Open at Silverstone next weekend and there is a new lady racer a Paula Howells entered ,, HOPE she is HOT!!!!!

I have seen her! Great pair of legs and if you don't look too close, the bleached mostache isn't too much of a turn off..... I just wish she shaved under the arms[;)][:D][:D][:D]

Looking forward to Silverstone Porsche Open this weekend. I'm really keen to see how quick this Rupert Lewin machine is as i've only been on track with it once before and it was at Brand on the Indy circuit which is a circuit that generally equals out power variations.

I've heard he's got 700 bhp. Does anyone know?

Spoke to Rupert couple of weeks ago.He now has about 740bhp on tap and his old problem of porous cylinder heads seems to have gone. That thing is pretty quick in a straight line but at the Snetterton Open he was well and truly done by a 997GT3 pedalled by Shaun Edwards. Its the old story, you can have the grunt but at the end of the day you have to be able to use it (nothing against Rupert who is a prince to know). He was a bit gutted, because he really felt that this would be his year, since Richard Chamberlain departed to Endurance Britcar.
So, dear lad, there is the challenge for you!

In a straight line its f fast
see you on sunday,we shall be there sometime sat afternoon or early eve,993rs all stickered up ready

740 bhp is a lot, but if i'm honest with myself I'll be disappointed if i'm not at least as quick. I'll be doing my best, so yes there's a challenge for me.

Paul I'll also be there Sat afternoon-ish so see you up there.

paul !when the car pulls away from you,you will think your handbrake is on,or you are only running 300bhp!!Trust me.
Pressure works well with him ,if you know what i mean.
wet will help,a great leveller.

Good luck to you

see you on Sunday in my new GT2 ( 996 )

I was meant to be in Angelsey ( Ty Croes ) for a 2 day Porsche Speed Championship this weekend

So Im going to watch how the other half race

all the best

See you on Sunday - I was at Silverstone today in the RSR giving it a bit of a shakedown. It was on the Historic circuit which is nicer than the GP circuit. Shame we couldn't test on the National circuit, which I have never done before, so Sunday's qualifying will be interesting! Roll on Sunday...

Johnny the GT90s was on Sky Sports and it looks as though the Spa race willll be on shame it clashes with the historics weekend at Silverstone.
See all on Sunday

I can confirm that Rupert's car is bloody quick having seen it sail past me today. It's the straights you see it, corners are fine. Z and I were there together today as our cars have been in bits of late. If at any point I am rubbish on Sunday it's the new suspension not being sorted....

So, how did she look? Was she wearing a nice pink race suit, with a little lace trim?[;)]

She was fast, but not very loose. Which compares unfavourably to my slow but rather too loose. I was a single place behind Paul but that amounted to a rather embarassing 2 laps[:D]

She looked like a "bloke" to me but had a very helpful young "lad"along for the day who changed our fan belt with us. Very nice boy...
We finished 4 laps down but then did loose 5 laps with the fan belt as our mechanic was in the car at the time and had to get out to change it !!!!!

This is a how real club racing is done, run it your self, you then know nothing will fall off!!
Simon i thought i was looking pretty good, the make up hid the stubble until the sweat from the race made my mascara run,can you imagine it!Oh and i caught my fishnets while getting out of the hot seat,i saw peter watching for a glimse of bare thigh!!
It was a great day,the car run well,i managed fastest lap in class a 1.05 with 100 ltrs of fuel on board, and graham set pole for class at 1.05,so the oh man is still hanging in there.
It was great to see all the 993 cars out there, and good clean racing ,we will have to get paul sorted with a flat belt conversion,so that we can both win. haha.
