I've had no problems starting up in the morning - despite reported temps of around -17C last night near us.
Traction wise I had no problems yesterday except the entrance to MEN Arena car park which is about 8inches of slush, just took a lot of sprayed slush to get enought traction to move. Today is a bit worse, people who live 5 miles away ad have already taken 2 days off can't stay off work any more when people like me have been making a 40mile journey in. So all the covered car parks are full as most of the open ones are closed or inaccessible, I got into one open car park after an enjoyable slide along a snowy road but the car park is on a slope so when I tried to reverse up the slope the car lost it and slid to the bottom. I can drive forward to get out so hopefully I'll get home tonight! Told my boss I'm not coming in tomorrow though, it's not the journey, there's just nowhere to park.
Is anyone else braving it?
