How light can we make a 951 (900kg ?)

Unless you have an autoclave, I will be very impressed indeed if you could make a one tonne Turbo, let alone 900KGs.

I do like Jan's can-do then do it approach. Its a shame that he is in the arse-end of nowhere though.
 
Awesome thread! The cost of building a project like that for someone else would be astronomical!! That crafted carbon intake manifold had me drooling at the keyboard. If their version ends up as good as that internally then that will be the best manifold I've seen.
 
Thats a sweet project. I like the design of the side profile they came up with. That some serious bodywork modification :D.
