How much do D90 alloys weigh??

Anyone got any idea what a set of 16 inch Design 90s (or one on its own) with tyres would weigh?? Looking at buying a set but need an idea on courier costs to Ireland first, but have no idea as to what they would weigh.

I've got some in the garage, do you want a weight with or without tyres? I can give you both tonight.

cheers lali. with tyres ideally but if yours don't have tyres then without would be fine. thanks for that!

I couldnt believe it but....

Without tyres an 8" D90 weighs 10Kg !!!
With a fully inflated pilot cup it goes up to 20Kg!!

I'd get the seller to make sure the tyres are fully deflated it might save you a bit of weight.

Thanks Lali and 911sse. Looks like that the parcel2go.com could be the way to go as they charge £25 for each package up to 25kg (which it appears from Lali's weighing that each wheel will be). Time to find a set that looks good I think!

I've had a less than satisfactory service from Parcels2Go both times I have used them. Nothing got lost, but when I was receiving goods they were 48 hours late and I had to collect them to stop that being 72hrs. When I was sending they didn't come to collect so again I had to go to the depot the next day to ensure the item got to the other end before the Easter Bank Holiday or it would have been a week late.

Saw those yesterday Dave. Had actually thought to myself that they looked good (especially for the price), but really need 4 or none at all unfortunately.

Interesting re parcels2go Fen. Did actually notice on their website that they don't guarantee delivery and boast of a 97% successful delivery rate, which presumably means 3% disappear??

Somewhere else on the same site they mention 84% - I remember seeing that discrepancy when I was trying to find a way to talk to a human with them. In the end I went to local DHL depot and even they didn't really know how to contact Parcels2Go.
