how much is the interior worth?

Because I'm replacing my interior for black, how much is my current cream leather interior worth? I know it needs a good clear as I've only just taken the covers off. The seats and doorcards were replaced a few years ago to leather from cloth.

If it helps the the door cards are very rare, took my over a year to source mine to finally match my black/cream split dash. People are puttting their cars back to stock after the crazy times of retro fitting dark interiors etc.. so you are in a good piosition.

Id say about £900/£800 the lot.

Thanks Sutters for the advice. Crazy times of fitting dark interiors? I really like the black interior on a red car rather than cream.

I don't think it is worth anything like the price suggested. Virtually all of the value is in the seats. Black and light grey isn't rare: it was fitted from September 1985 until August 1988 and lots of cars had split colours.

Yes I like a black interior too,

Hence I changed the Interior from the same black / Beige and even blue mats! to all Black

The lower door cards can be painted with trade quality aerosol's and as far as resale value goes, as with most things it'll only
be worth what someone that's wants it, is prepared to pay !

I bought black FULL carpet set off Ebay for £90 back in 2013, I did buy Black door handles, sprayed the speaker grilles black
and got £200 for the 2 beige Seats, and about £70 ish for the Rear section beige carpet piece the rest was scrapped!

hi would you sell the top half of the rear set the 2 split parts and if so how much would you want

Do you mean the vertical rear seat back ?, I've got one in Beige but's a one piece item from a 1987 924S ?
The cloth however is stained in a couple of places so it's not a minter by any stretch...

Remember Simon's a tight Yorkshireman... But I tend to agree. Ring a breakers, see how much they want for a full interior.. If you get £500 I think you'll be doing really well

I sold a set of seats in linen at 375. Mine were in pretty good condition so assuming the same but including door cards and carpet I'd suggest 500/550.
All the bits in good condition are getting gradually harder to find.

oh yes there is money in Old Porsche parts, several breakers in this country do rather well with it.

I sold over £1500+ in total on all the parts taken off my 924S to lighten it or upgrade them....

If I was going to sell it would have to be all or nothing. I wouldn't like to start splitting the interior and end up stuck with one part etc. Cheers all for the comments and feedback. The full interior would include all carpets, dashboard, console, all seats, doorcards etc. Anything cream basically will be removed.

Its near ipossible to find a set of black over cream/linen door cards these days to match the same split dash. Yes the seats are the most valuable part but the door cards are rare.

I just literally sold my grey and black front seats, matching door cards and rear seat set for £700.

I have an armrest, I think. From a black and light grey 1988 944S. The car was like new wen dismantled, but the part has weathered in my garage over the last three decades.
