I think around £32k would be about right for a private sale with that kind of mileage, but a PMD will usually be the lowest bid in the market and 27-28 wouldn't surprise me. There is a dealer offering a turbo with similar mileage for £34k on Pistonheads. [link=http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/603091.htm]http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/603091.htm[/link] One on Autotrader asking £32.5k. Buying from and selling to a PMD is almost always going to be the worst deal (but least hassle?) Good luck with the sale.

Feeling a little down today.
Been offered only £27-28K for my 02 996TT with 72K miles as a part exchange from a PMD against another porker.
Is it really only worth so little?
I have been doing some research on Top marques etc and on line valuation services - I am really asking too much for as little as £31k? I thought that was rock bottom.

Yikes, it doesn't seem that long ago these cars were costing £45K to £50K.

Just doesn't seem right eh? I sold my 996tt about 3 months ago which now looks to have been great timing. When I was checking values at that time all those cars now on Autotrader, Pistonheads etc would have been at least £10k more. Hard to believe values have dropped so much, for such an awesome car.
