how to find the bosch part number on oem parts

I have just posted this in another thread, but people might miss it, and I think its worth knowing.

To find the bosch part number on something,
if you go to

http://ecat-online.bosch.de/toc/

select english, and then you can either select your car, and look for your part, or at the top of the screen goto article direct search, and click OE number, put the porsche part number in the box, search, and it comes up with the currect bosch part number.

I find this good on two points, it allows you to find the bosch number, and order parts without having to remove them to find the number. Secondly sometimes parts can be overpriced on web sites, but its much easier to get them yourself straight from a bosch dealer once you have the part number.
