How to install mufflers?

I have recently purchased muffler bypasses for The Beast, but I have absolutely no idea on how to fit them.

Any guidance on how to fit them would be greatly appreciated..!
 
Here's how to get the mufflers off:

Have a saw ready to cut the tip clamps - they are usually rusted beyond recognition.

Evidently I will need new clamps. Where can I pick these up?

Or are the mufflers just slip on, slip off?
 
The exhaust tip clamp shown below) is 996.111.108.00 and is £7.74 +VAT from an OPC. The clamping sleeve (shown in the top diagram) is part number 996.111.220.01 and is £19.30 +VAT. Club members usually get 10% discount on parts, so it may be cheaper to get them from there.
