How to remove indicator stalks

I've been having a problem where the lights will go off for a second when I indicate right and then cancel it. Not a huge problem but I don't want it to get worse. I think it's stalk related.

I've got the steering wheel off and the surround for the gauges/vents but can't see how to remove the stalks. I don't really want to go further with removing more dash if I don't have to. Is there something I'm missing?

It's an S2 if it matters!
 
OK, I've sorted it now, for future referance, there's an 8mm bolt under the column which clamps the stalks to the coumn. You'll need a 1/4 drive extension with socket to get to it.

The switches don't seem to be serviceable so I've blasted them with contact cleaner and I'll see if it makes a difference.
