How to remove rear bumper?

Want to have a look at fitting a PSE myself.

Can anyone recommend a step by step account of how to remove the rear bumper from a 996. These things are usually very easy to do if you know where all the little clips are that hold the damn things on.
I have done it on other cars - and there is always one or two annoying clips that you can't find and end up breaking them.

Some explanatory photo's would be good too if possible.
 
Why take the rear bumper off? Exhaust boxes drop off. The fixing clamps on the tips are a bit awkward and need a socket with extender bar. I would have thought that taking the bumper off with the attendant risks to the finish and the fixing clips, outweighs crawling under the car to loosen the boxes!
