How to spend boxing day......

A long lie in....
Have a "spirited" drive around the empty coast roads of N.E. Fife...
Spend 3 hours washing the car, removing every bit of tar etc, and even getting a toothbrush to clean the alloys.....
Tuck the car away in its new garage.....
Put feet up and pour a whisky from my Christmas bottle....
A good day!!

Our recipe ... Take one clean red Porsche Cayman on winter tyres (but it will get very, very dirty) and 150 miles of Perthshire's
finest roads with winter sunshine, a dab of snow and virtually no traffic. Add a picnic hamper with cold pigs in blankets, turkey and
cranberry filled rolls, home made trifle in Tupperware pots, and a flask of coffee. Park halfway up Schiehallion (The Fairy Mountain)
into the snowline with not a soul in sight, and enjoy. Garnish with a little retail therapy at House of Bruar on the way home.
Enjoy a healthy application of throttle on some quiet roads, with no pesky cameras about.

Simply perfect!

Dammit! for £60 a year membership is it too much to ask that we use forum software that actually does basic stuff like uploads photos! []

Photos on facebook [] http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10152508280952926&set=pcb.10152508284592926&type=1&theater

You win..... Extra points for mentioning pigs in blankets, fairy mountains and Tupperware in the same post... [:D]

To be honest Paul i think the same ....i have never been successful in uploading pics no matter how i try, have tried hosting sites numerous sites all fail . I resort to sending others my pics and they do it for me[;)] far too complicated the PCGB site ................................................. ...Piston Heads on the other hand is a doddle one click and its done even for a Luddite like me [:D]

I use photobucket... Really easy to use. Select a picture, click on the image code, paste on here... Simples.

have tried all these sites and still won't work...must be me all say file to big despite me down loading .Will give it another try in the new year .
Have a good one [:)]

Sure I could use photobucket, or I could host them on my own website and link them, so I'm no luddite. My point is that every other forum I use can upload photos direct, which is far simpler. This forum software is ancient and woefully out of date, yet I pay £60 a year for the privilege, all the better ones I use are free! []

Indeed, I offered to help (a couple of years ago to be fair) and wasn't even given the courtesy of a response. Given the underlying software is still version 2.xx and the commercial release is 4.xx some sort of upgrade is well overdue.
