There's some really good stuff on Porsches' website classic pages. There's a good write up of the RS - with a picture of an RS America above it.
http://www.porsche.com/usa/accessoriesandservices/classic/world/models/roadvehicles/1992-911crs/.
I've probably been wearing my anorak too long - but it kind of jars. It's a small inaccuracy but from the people who made the cars, but like much of the rest of the internet it sadly looks like you can't really trust it!
Furthermore the RS America is correctly covered (but not pictured) in the section on 911's for '93.

It's that dead space between christmas and new year - I've obviously too much time on my hands!

I got a porsche calendar for Christmas, great photos, with a very small caption below. The lovely picture of a 964 Turbo is incorrectly labelled as a 993. I really struggled to not say anything - it too grated me, I kind of figured I was being too anal about the whole thing too. I can excuse a general calendar, but you are right an article that is supposed to inform is poor!

OMG!!

It's an RS Jim..........but not as we know it......

But I bet back then the OPCs still invoiced for a couple of litres at service time. [;)]

GT Purely Porsche RS Bumper Book covering ALL RS from 73 present day .... but where were the M003 Clubbies, 9643.8RS/R 993RSR, Cup Car (more correctly SuperCup) etc ... and a whole section on a "fake" build your own with fencemeister!

Puricey --- but they have some lovely stuff [;)]

And for those who aren't "hands-on" with their Pork, they also offer a 12 month no-holds-barred warranty with every old car they sell.

Each to their own [;)]

you cant expect any more than what they have done, after all they are only a magazine catering for the general public and not for us few technophiles!!!
What do you mean more correctly super cup des,not all cups were supercup cars!
Just found my 13th 993rsr,only 9 more to go.
