well two to be exact...
The ones that hold the bottom of the top section of the rear seats to the car.
Anyone got a couple?
 
Seiously ring your local dealer, they will have them and they will be peanuts to buy.
 
I know it's a no a lot of specific use, but... My experience with Porsche 944 parts is that with the exception of a few specific nuts/bolts (in pariticular non-nylock 'oval' nuts) and caliper specific bolts, they use standard fitment 'generic' metric bolts and nuts. if you find the right local tool/ bolt shop they should be able to provide something that should do the job.
 
If I'm reading you correctly those are the two M6 bolts that have a shoulder on them to fit the seat bracket, you should have no problems finding alternatives or even using a standard M6 with a suitable collar fitted, plus as already stated these would be very cheap from Porsche themselves.
