the part number for your front rims suggetss these are from a C4S - i can't find the exact part number for the rear rims you list but the offset (ET) value is consistent with a C4S type set up.

The good news is the front rims will fit straight on - they are the same offset as the Boxster fitment (the rim width is half an inch wider than the official Boxster fitment but the tyre size is fine so no issues there)

The bad news is the rear rims - the official Boxster offset is 50 or 52mm, so fitting a 5mm spacer would bring the rims out by 5mm to give an effective offset (ET) of 50mm, a 7mm spacer would give 52mm effective. Now your problem is going to be the outer edge of the tyre - Boxster rear tyres are officially 265mm wide. I know of people who have used slightly wider (275 and even 285mm), but 295 might be too much, and could result in rubbing on the wheel arch lip. Your best chance for a fit is the 5mm spacer - its a case of suck it n see i'm afraid. A local bodyshop may be able to roll the arches slightly to aid clearance.

You may be better off finding a genuine set of Boxster rims if you don't want the hassle, or the very big rear tyre widths.

Whether you go with these rims or Boxster ones, you need to check the routing of the rear brake lines - you may have to cable tie the brake line to the suspension arm to prevent rubbing ont he inner face of the wheel.

Good luck !
