Idiot in White Mitsubishi EVO

The guy looked in his late 40s early 50s, would love to find out his details so that I can forward him the bill for a new windscreen and have a little word in his ear.

You can apply to DVLA for his details. Same process as applying for your car's history. But in your case you say you are looking to trace him for causing damage to your car and driving off. Assume your dash cam clocked him ;-)

You have his registration so why not pop down to your local Police station and report it.

There are cameras/CCTV all along the Motorway, and if he went on the hard shoulder, it is illegal.

very close to my place of work!!

Hes previously been in trouble with the law

Sounds like an unpleasant type who, for the sake of a £75 windscreen insurance claim, is probably best left alone, unless you enjoy loads of agro, that is. [8|]
