Hi all,

The little light that lights up the keyhole when you've unlocked the car, has packed up.

It's mounted inside a rubbery grommet thingy. Is there a special way to get at the bulb?

Any advice or ideas welcome.

Cheers

Gerry

I replaced mine with an led lamp when I did the rest of the interior Gerry
You get to it from the back, just put you hand up behind the dash. Little fiddly from Memory

Hi Graham

Is it the twist-lock one like in the rest of the dash? I bought a job lot but only needed two but did note I've no light above the key. There is what I assumed was an unused immobiliser socket but guessing it's actually a bulb holder.

Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris

99% sure its the 286 not the twist lock. Will pull mine out at weekend as they have been in a while now

Graham
