I'm back....:)

What I mean is, I'm back in the club, or should I say that I have just paid my fee. Looking at my profile I had been absent since 2016? Why have I rejoined?, well mostly for my new insurance which starts today is for PCGB club members, but of course, I'll enjoy reading the PP again and attending any future events post COVID-19. I do intend to make much more use of the car this year, the MOT is due 16th June which I'll get done next week but I have only covered 1k miles in the last year, very bad for me and even worse for the car. I'll get another rollicking from the MOT station, they moaned at the lack of use last year and I had done 2k then...lol.
As for the insurance, still with Lockton's but in this case with AXA instead of Chubb which I was with over the previous 5 years. The cover seems better and it's also cheaper than last year. I know nothing of AXA but do trust Lockton's so hopefully, there will be no issues in the future.

Thanks, Nick

Yes, I am aware of the MOT extension...I'll following my son's advice to get the MOT done anyway, does no harm and gives added security.

Cheers

You don't wish you had a 911 then? [;)].
Why would I want one of those things...I like speed and to carry it through the corners, safely....there are very few cars out there that can hold the road like a 944, even less that can do it as fast as a 951...:)

Welcome back !??
I don't think mine did 1k last year but need to get out more in it this year, it's still SORN !
Been around the block a couple of times just to warm things through.
Probably hit the road next month.

That will be great Jim....I wonder how many years it must be since we last met? More than a decade for sure...
