In need of a Doctor?

Any help or advice would be welcome.
In low gear/speed my 3.3 turbo has started juddering slightly until the revs pick up, my thoughts are possible mis-fire or fuel problems, before I take it to a garage is there anything I can try first to either remedy or find out whats causing it.
