Indicator stalk replacement

A couple of days ago my indicator stalk malfunctioned on my S2 - it no longer holds in position turning right and does not self-cancel turning left.

It seems like the easiest option is just a straight swap over for a working unit - is this an easy job? Any help / advice gratefully received!
 
Easy job, steering wheel off, cowling off and then I think it is just 2 screws and a block connector.
You may have to remove the wiper switch?

Am I correct in thinking that the unit including the wiper stalk etc comes as one - so I'll be swapping over the lot?
