indicators wont cancel

Join the club[:D], it will be either the tab on the back of the wheel or the whole indicator thing will be shot. Yours is a late type so I think when I priced a new indicator with OPC it was about £50.
 
If your steering wheel is standard it's probably a straightforward job to fix, I had this problem with my current car when I bought it & it was because the stalks were too far away from the back of the wheel.
The stalk module is clamped to the steering column & needs to be adjusted fore-aft to get the indicator cancel lined up. I removed the wheel and the plastic cover immediately behind the wheel, and loosened the clamp bolt (under the column, screw head is on the right) so I could move the stalks back & forth but it was stiff enough to stay where it was put.

Put the wheel back on & pull the stalks towards the wheel then back off a gain just enough so the wheel doesn't scrape as you turn it.

Remove the wheel again, tighten up the clamp & reassemble. It may be possible to get to the clamp without removing the steering wheel, I haven't tried.
