Has anyone any experience of indoor car covers?
I need a one for this winter and due to a house move, can not find the one I had for the Honda S2000
I had some years ago.
They seem to vary a lot in price, therefore quality, I suspect.

These people do breatheable covers - I must admist the one I have is for outdoor use, but could equally be used indoors.

I have always used Covercraft car covers for all my cars - 1992 911 Carerra 964, very rare Toyota Sports 800, my previous 1995 'E' Type Coupe and TR7V8. I buy the top of the range breathable material tailored cover. It is suitable for inside or outside use but, being slightly padded, resists minor knocks or scrapes in the garage.
They are expensive, but I believe they are the best available. You decide if your car is worth it!

I use a carcoon in the winter months. To be honest it's a bit of a pain in my single garage! But will soon have a nice twin one so no issues!. I too have a covercraft one and it fits like a glove. The official Porsche ones are about 200 quid.

I've got a Covercraft item. Was in the front compartment when I bought the car (which saved me a few quid)!!

Fits like a glove! [;)]

After a lot of research, I bought an excellent one from www.proppa.com. at a very reasonable price. Buy the medium sized breathable one - it fitted my 911 SC perfectly, comes in a storage bag when not in use, though I cover mine when garaged to protect it when not used.Very easy to take off, just rolls back and elasticated around the bumpers. Several members have since bought one, and all pleased!

Spy,
sorry for the belated response, I don't view the forum very often. After much diliberation I went for a Halfrauds cover at about £34.00. It's the old story, "you only get what you pay for." It was however interesting to see the comments and advice from the other guys.

I didn't see the sense in going for an expensive one. This cover is fit for purpose and it fits very easily.
