Inside of hood unclipped - help

I wonder if anyone can help me?

My 2001 2.7 Boxster (MY2002) has a cloth inside lining for the hood.

This interior cloth lining is clipped to a silver metal bar inside the folding mechanism. The cloth is attached to a piece of elastic with a plastic hook on the end.

I can see exactly where the driver's side is clipped to but cannot reach into the space to re-clip the passenger side. When the roof folds it looks untidy, as it doesn't fold away as the driver's side does. This does not affect the folding. I have tried to reach through with the hood in various positions but my hands are too big.

Before I hand my life savings over to a OPC to fix is there an easy way to re-clip the interior lining?

Thank you in anticipation.

sounds quite like what has been happening to my Boxster..

it only took the opc a couple of mins to sort it out.. although mine is still under warrenty..

if i this had happened on my car out of warrenty i would have popped into my OPC and asked if they could just take a little look while i looked around the show room at all the tempting new cars...sometimes it helps being blonde and female [;)]
