Inspection in Edinburgh

Help please. Looking at a 993 in Scotland very soon and want to get it PPI' d to check out mechanical/electrical and structural condition. Can anyone recommend a good specialist. Or should I use the OPC. Glenvaragill? Do they do PPI.

PPI (Pre-purchase inspection)

Thanks

All OPCs do PPI - at around £170 I think.

Although you usually need to book in at least a week in advance!

Phone Brian Miller on 0131-443-7806. 35 years Porsche experience and a good bloke, to boot!
All the best!

Thanks to Peter and Derek, actually spoke to both today (Brian and OPC) turns out the car used to be owned by Brian, in this case therefore would I be better going to the OPC?

Would they be as thorough? They seem quite nice on the phone, certainly unlike some of the staff at OPC' s in London.

What do you think

Stuart, I had my C2S checked over by AFN Guildford prior to purchase and they were very thorough and helpful - they picked up a few points that I had missed which gave me the chance to get them fixed before I took delivery - I' d highly recommend them - quite a trek from scotland though!

No experience with Glenvaragill.

Good luck,
Peter.

Peter,

Thanks for the reply, I have since found out from the vendor that the car used to be owned by Brian Miller and I will therefore take it to him.

Nice S by the way.

Have just sold my 964 and need to get back to serious motoring soon.
