it's soldered to the PCB but if you have a soldering iron it's very simple. Get a 12 volt bulb from Maplin or the like and you're good to go. Pull the switch holder out of the centre console (clipped in) and you'll find the lighting board on a slide in the back of the housing. Unclip it and the blubs are easly to access. The others are likely to be on on their way out, it's best to buy three and swap all of them once you have it out.
