Instrument Cluster 'Fogging' ..

here we go again ..


so, okay, Ive now had this problem for a couple of years, my OPC have not been able to fix it ..
I have had 2 new instrument clusters and yet this has not worked !! ..

my problem,

I have a late 2005 Cayenne S [55-plate] ..
the instrument cluster 'fogs' 'steams' 'clouds' up .. especially around the fuel gauge and multi-function display ..

has anyone heard of this ?
does anyone have any ideas whats causing this ?

the car is currently back at the OPC for them to solve ! ..

Bombay Sapphire Gin please On a serious note .. no clue and sorry to see the problem .. any other condensation on the inside of the car ??? Any other indications as to the source water ingress ?? Dampness any where ??
 
no other condensation, water ingress, dampness .. dry as a bone inside !! .. like I say its foxed OPC Cambridge for over 2 years .. although they are taking it seriously, acknowledging this saga has been going on for far too long .. sorry gdavison, as its not that I will enjoy your drink !! ..
 
Think i would put my money on something to do with the aircon but did we not hear some members complaining of water getting down the back of the dash from a blocked something or other.I have had the same prob with my headlights steaming up in winter mostly since day one, been back a few times but no joy
