Insurance Due

My first year of ownership and yep the Insurance is due....

Haggarty's renewal is a healthy £360 with a 4000 miles allowance and agreed valuation of £24k. (I am 41, 10 years NCD not that it matters and have another car insured)

Only did use up 1300 miles this year due the bad 5 months of our winter and finishing off renovations of the house.

Is this competitive and has anyone got any other recommendations?

Kind Regards

Siraj

Hi,

There seems to have been a mass exodus from Hagerty this year (myself included). My premium went from £199 to £340 (34 years old, 12 years NCB, 3 Points TS10 and insured on another car).
I went with ClassicLine who quoted £245 and were fine with the various mods on the car.

I also got a PM from Greg who is using a company called Footman James paying around £270..

sounds good...now working from home tomorrow so will squeeze a few quotations off in between emails.

Thanks

Quite impressed with my quote from RH specialist insurance, 01277 206912. Seemed to offer a very competitive renewal ~230, which includes roadside cover and all the normal bits.

Cheers, Lee

Another recommendation for ClassicLine :)

My payment was £360. I was 31 when I renewed with full mods declared and agreed value of £18K.
