Insurance Renewal

Hi, my insurance is up for renewal. I have obtained a quote from Adrian Flux which is significantly less than that of my current insurer.

Adrian Flux says the cover is through NIG (part of Royal Bank of Scotland). Has anyone had any dealing with any of these companies?

If yes, how was your experience with them or is there anything you think I should be wary of? Also, whats the difference between Protected NCB and Guaranteed NCB?

Thank you in advance for your comments, which will be appreciated.

Regards
David

I'm with Privilege which is part of RBS, along with Direct Line. In a recent claim they handled it very well - I was very impressed. No track day cover with Privilege (if that is important to you). You should also try www.rac.co.uk/motorquoter as they are exceptionally competitive at the moment.

I too have had the best quote from Adrian Flux (through Sun Alliance) and I am going ahead with them. Also, I'm am pretty sure the quote they have given you will include an optional road rage cover which you can drop (some £13 off)...
