Could owners give evidence or views of current sold prices for 964RS lightweight and have you managed to get insurance at current values without having a Tracker fitted. David H .

Had to have Trackers fitted to my 964 RS's, value was agreed at £80k for RHD Touring and N-GT through Manning. Was told that cars over £60k now need a Tracker to be fitted. By having all 3 cars with a Tracker my premium went down by -33%.

Classicline increased their "tracker required" value last year to £75k (I think ???), meaning mine is on a guaranteed value of £65k with no tracker needed. This is the main reason I have stayed with them for the RS - all the other insurers require a tracker. I understand Classicline's underwriter has changed, so it wouldn't surprise me if the loophole has now been closed .......... I will discover at renewal time in July !
