Hi

looking for some instructions on how the Intercoolers fit to the frame.

also need to find out a part number for the metal clips that hold the 2 halves of the Air ducts together as shown in the photo

thanks
Karl

Thanks Richard, now you've posted that i can explain what i really meant!

The clips we are missing hold the 2 halves of item 6 together, even the OPC can't find them

Karl

Yes correct, but item 6 is in 2 halves which isn't shown in the pdf & the clips shown in my first post (8 off) hold the 2 halves together.

Can ask my mate for a picture of the 2 halves, OPC don't know what the clip part number is

Karl

I see. It looks to me like they only supply item 6 in one piece, so I think you will have to improvise. A new one is £140-sh plus VAT.

Looks like a washing up bottle & some double sided plastic then.

His frames are lacking some fixings too, but they are £400 each!!!!! so we need to refer those as well

Possibly black silicon of some sort to bond/seal the 2 halves together + an alternative clip of some sort

Karl

Is there enough material where the clips go to use self tappers and screw the two halves together? Or an M4 screw and nut?

Hi

Im not sure to be honest, we had a look at it the other night with the frames & thought we would be able to get the clips.

Like you say some M4 x 40 skt cap hd + washers & Nyloc's might do the job, will have a look next time i'm over there

Cheers

Karl
