Interesting race tomorrow

There's an interesting race line-up at Silverstone tomorrow. Note car #44, the "Porsche 944 Turbo". I wonder how it will fair against that competition?

It should be fascinating. Would anyone care to make a prediction?
 
There is everything there from a couple of sunbeam tigers to four or five F355's. I suspect that it's not about the winning, it's about the racing ....

On the contrary, historic racing is very much about "winning". A Sunbeam Tiger with a 5.7L or DB4s with 4.5L or 4.7L? Those cars are a long way from "standard" and are race cars through and through. I would not be in the least surprised to see a DB4 lightweight up at the sharp end. [:D]
 
The V8 powered Tigers are mentally fast for what they are, Rob Hollyman btw used to race in CSCC I keep in contact with him from time to time. He has a youtube channel on which he has in car footage from a lot of their races:
