Interesting wheels!?

Ben,

Interesting ... but .... euuugh!*

Oli.

* - Apologies for sounding like my 5-year-old niece in saying this.

Seen it at the Ace. Comments were, shall we say, less than complimentary. The fact that he's still trying to sell the thing says it all.

Glueing bolt-heads on D90s doth not a split-rim make. [:'(]

Best bit was Sian and I looking at the lights, when the owner came over and bragged that he'd had to take the washers out to make room, but would probably be putting some sort of alternative in before selling. []

I take it someone must be selling that badge panel / 300ZX light conversion as a mod then, as that's the second time we've seen it recently and anyone who would want it is surely not capable of making it for themselves. The last guy with it couldn't even fit pinstripes within 2 inches of symmetrical on the bonnet.

They may well be dummy bolts, but they don't look like either std or forged D90's ~ rim that holds the bolts looks too thick (?) [&:]

Seller does call them "2-piece" wheels. Whether he actually counts the centre cap as one of those pieces I don't know...[:D]

You're right, they're not proper D90s. Probably weigh about 20kg per corner as well. [8|]
