Interior Silver Styling

Already posted on another forum but thought i would share on here

Quick couple of pics of painted interior as per Porsche 'Arctic Pack'
But A LOT cheaper. I reckon to buy these would cost over £1500
I will add better ones in daylight

Thanks to those who gave advise, it makes the car look a lot newer and brighter.
The interior plastics as they were scratched and chipped easily. This is because they are already painted but with a very soft coating

Anybody want to know how to remove any of the parts painted let me know

Plus, if you get them off and post them to me i can get them painted and back within a couple of days as the guy who did the paint lives opposite and his workshop is within walking distance.

That looks fab, if I was to send them how much would I be looking at please? and would that price inc the paint?

kind regards

chris

the pics dont really do it justice as the finish is pucker 'arctic silver metalic'. the pics look flat for some reason. i will get a close up posted so you can see the quality. the center console for example looks metal now and 'part of the car' if that makes sense. i assisted in the process and all parts had 2-3 coats of 2pac primer, 4 of paint and a couple of clear lacquer. of course it is possible to have any Porsche colour you want but this stuff is not cheap
going on what it cost me as a favor i would say about 200 ish all in at a guess, plus del both ways, assuming you strip everything down the same as i did
as i matter of interest do you think that is good value?

How did you get the soft-touch stuff off?
Our door pockets are peeling (Porsche "never seen that before..." [&:]) and I'd like to do something (not silver though!)

I would be more thank happy to pay £200.00 can you ask your mate if that is the going rate as i will take the car apart over the winner and have this done! How long did it take to take the part off your?

many thanks.

i tried again with a test email
dosnt look like the system is working
in answer to your questions:
with the know how i have now on removing stuff i reckon i could do it again in an hour and will pass this info on with pics i took etc
the cost of 200 would include paint but not del or packaging assuming all parts were supplied fully stripped. the only masking needed is to the leather door pulls

Hi pacemaker1000

The centre console looks great!

Yes - I would be very interested in knowing how you remove the centre console?
Can you post some pictures along with an explanation on how you remove it?

Many Thanks

J.
