interior trim removal questions

I am wanting to remove alot of the interior trim to find a rattle on n/s rear panel area and to get some cavity wax into inner sills,so how is the rear folding seat top anchorage pin removed ? and is the black plastic strip over the door sill( which holds carpet inplace as well ) just a push on clip fixing ?.Don't want to damage anything doing it wrong.

Not sure about the rear seat, but the black strip is clip on and has about 5 vicious metal clips and the plastic can be rather brittle now, also the rear will just slide out once the clips are off.
