Introduction and photo

Allow me to introduce 'Petra' (named by my daughter): she's a 1988 Carrera Clubsport that I've owned since September last year but only just got around to posting some pictures......

The car is original but will be used, weather permitting, particularly on the great roads we have here in North West Scotland; I believe cars like Porsche 911s, even the rarer ones like the CS, must be used as intended and not preserved in aspic!

I had a CS for 8 years and added 40,000 miles to it . Wish I had never sold it though.

The CS is such a lovely iconic car, a real thing of beauty to own and drive.

Just make sure your agreed value is up to date as these are increasing in value big time

Lovely example. for me these cars are high day and holiday cars. Wait for the right weather/event and take out and enjoy.

That way every time you take it out will be an occasion.[8D]

Welcome to CS ownership! I've had mine for almost 25 years and still enjoy it, I keep thinking about swapping to something newer then drive it and remember why I've had it so long. Regarding the comment about values, I will be getting mine updated as I've heard they have changed a lot. In some ways its a shame, because it will be more difficult to track day it.
