Saturday, 11th February "" New Year Event
"You too can come to the Ball "" Cinderella with her Prince Charming"

For once, this is a Ladies Night and the dress code is black tie. Being very close to Valentine's Day maybe wear something red, no matter how big or how small. Gentlemen, this is an evening to spoil the most important person in your life. Romance and charm are the theme. Ladies, tell us how you met your Prince Charming"¦.. there will be a prize for the best encounter!! Also, will any gentleman come as Buttons? A prize is offered here again! (We are not asking for an Ugly Sister"¦!!!).

The evening will start with a Champagne reception, followed by a 3 course dinner and then we can dance the night away to the Disco until 1.00am. The bar will stay open until the disco finishes.

We are returning to Marsh Farm Hotel, Wootton Basset and many of you will know this is a delightful country farm house hotel so conveniently situated just off junction 16 of the M4 Motorway and 3 miles west of Swindon. The hotel stands in its extensive grounds and, most importantly, there is ample private car parking.

The number of bedrooms available to us is limited and being held for a short period, so please book with us as soon as possible. The cost for the dinner and bed and breakfast is £88.00 per person based on two people sharing a room. The menu will be sent to you when you book for you to select your choice. (Please note that the balance due is to be paid direct to the hotel on departure). The cost of the dinner alone is £55.00 per person.

To reserve your place please send a cheque as a deposit for £75.00 per couple if you require accommodation, or for the dinner only please send a cheque for £55.00 per person. Cheques to be made out to Porsche Club GB (R16) and sent to Tony and Harriet Shannon, 4 The Knowle, Stockley Lane, CALNE, Wiltshire SN11 0SE. If you need any further information on this event, please contact Tony and Harriet Shannon on 01249 822405.

We do hope you can join us.
Best wishes
Tony and Harriet
