We have pleasure in extending a special invitation to Region 31 members to our New Year Event. Full details are below. Please bear in mind that this being on the eve of Valentine's Day, the hotel will not be able to keep accommodation available to us indefinitely. We do hope you will be able to join us.

Our New Year Event is to be held once again at Marsh Farm Hotel, Wootton Basset. Those of you who came previously, will know this is a delightful, grade II listed, country farm house hotel very conveniently located just 2 miles from junction 16 of the M4 Motorway and 3 miles west of Swindon. The hotel stands in landscaped gardens and, most importantly, there is ample private car parking.
The evening will start with a Champagne reception, followed by a 3 course dinner and then we can dance the night away to the Disco until 1.00am. The bar will stay open until the disco finishes. There will also be entertainment during the evening.
This is a black tie event and being the eve of Valentine's Day we would ask you to wear something red, no matter how big or how small. This is an evening to spoil the most important person in your life. Romance is the theme and everyone is being asked to write a "Lonely Hearts Ad". There will be prizes for the funniest or most imaginative advertisements. In addition there will also be a prize for the "King and Queen of Hearts".
The number of bedrooms available to us is limited and being held for a short period, so please book with us as soon as possible. The cost for the dinner and bed and breakfast is £94.00 per person based on two people sharing a room. The menu will be sent to you when you book for you to select your choice. (Please note that the balance due is to be paid direct to the hotel on departure). The cost of the dinner alone is £60.00 per person.
To reserve your place please send a cheque as a deposit for £75.00 per couple if you want accommodation, or for the dinner only please send a cheque for £60.00 per person.
