Once again, we have received an invitation to Shobdon Airfield open day.

This has always been a popular event, with a front row display area where we can watch all the goings on on the airfield.

Admission is free with presentation of your membership card.

This year, it is being co-ordinated with Shobdon village festival and they are laying on coach transport so you can attend this without having to move your car. Just the job for the ladies.

Much activity on the airfield, with many historic aircraft as well as modern ones. Opportunities for light aircraft and glider flights during the day. Don't miss this great family day out. Food and drinks on site.

Please let me know if you want to go.......John Lord

Thanks Gary, I knew it was somewhere but it had disappeared from my screen.

Will we see some 997's there ? Regards.John

I'm very interested. Are the numbers limited John? Happy to wait to see if R13 members fill the available spaces first.

Many thanks.

Hi Rich,

Thanks for your interest. I and they, want to fill it with Porsches, I don't care if they come from Timbucto, glad to see you.

Regards.....John
