Anyone for Concours - I have been informed you are more than welcome to join R10 in the Visitors class - please read copy and paste below:-

Dear all,
Well it's that time of the year again and as per previous years our concours will be held at Porsche Centre Silverstone on Sunday 14th August.
We are limited to 36 cars in the competition on a first come first served basis.
Prizes and trophies will be awarded to the highest scorers in the following categories:
Best Early Watercooled (covering 356, 550, 912, 914, early 911, 924, 944, 928, 968 etc)
Best Modern Watercooled (covering 996, 997, Boxster, Cayman, Cayenne & Panamera)
Best Aircooled
Best Overall "" the winner of this trophy will have achieved the highest score out of all entries from the three categories above.
Best Visitor "" this category is for non- R10 members
Best non-Porsche - the 'Best non-Porsche' category is mainly aimed at our Associate members who do not yet have a Porsche, but can still join in this event. Full members are also welcome to enter a car as well as entering the Porsche categories. As a guide we will be allowing the following types of car to enter:
Hot hatches, e.g.Mini Cooper S, Honda Civic Type R, Golf GTI
Sports Saloons & Coupes e.g. Nissan 350Z, Audi TT, Honda Integra Type R
Sports cars, e.g. TVR, Morgan, Caterham
Coupes & GT e.g. Aston Martin
Super cars e.g. Ferrari, Lamborghini
Members will judge amongst themselves for the 'Members favourite', which will also be awarded a trophy and prize.
The programme for the day:
10:00 Porsche Centre opens
11:55 Latest time for concours entrants to register
12:00 Briefing
12:30 Judging begins
14:30 Judging completed
15:30 Results and presentations
Once again Tony Holland will be registering entrants so please seek him out on the day to get your car entered.
As always the judging will be carried out independently to maintain a fair and equal competition.
