Hi All
Its been quite a while since I posted on the forum. I do call in from time to time ... I still have my 87 LHD US spec Turbo and we are lucky now that

Well I've been on the road a bit in my car this year to shows, meets and runs and met quite a few like minded folk along the way. So a combination of Facebook, WhatsApp and chance encounters culminated in a meet with a dozen 944's and one 924. It was a pure off the cuff thing for us all. Portlaoise was chosen as its in the middle of the country and it meant that everyone travelled more or less an equal distance. The Portlaoise Shopping Centre were very gracious to give us the use of their carpark and Kinnety Castle gave us free tea, coffee and biscuits - Yeah we did blag our way round [:D]

We even had a DME relay that needed a bit of CPR (the floor) to get back in action - No meet is complete without that eh ?

A great day out with a wide variety of 944's and a really nice bunch - Parts exchanged, stories swapped, short spin and home.

We will be going again maybe mid September so at the minute we have our thinking caps on !!

Looks great, Im sorry I missed this! be sure to let us know the next time one is organised.

That will be it for this year but next year we are planning maybe 3 spins Spring, Summer and Autumn - Its all a fairly informal and impromptu affair at the minute - Anything that we plan next year will be posted on here

If you are located in Ireland either North or South give me a PM and I will have you added to our WhatsApp group so that you wont be left out and miss anything that is happening on this side !
