Just wondered if anything was hapening Easter monday? If not, anyone interested in lunch and drive out somewhere?

The dry, sunny day that was forecast when we started this thread yesterday evening has turned into snow here, so it's just as well nothing was planned after all. Ho-hum, roll on the summer!

I've just seen your post - wish i had seen it earlier, I was looking for any excuse to get out... especially as there has been a break in the weather.... I gave the car a quick wash and spin dry this afternoon and only managed to rinse the family bus before it started to snow again...

It's so difficult to plan things when the weather is so unpredictable, but it'd be good to arrange an outing at short notice another time when the weather is more favourable for driving. Watch this space........

I went down to goodwood on monday, the car was absolutly caked in grit+salt by the time I got there.[]

Easter was way too early.

We were originally thinking of going to Goodwood. Decided against it due to the fact that it was still going to be very cold for spectating, even if it was dry as the weatherman had (incorrectly) forecast. It's a shame 'cos it sounded like a good trip. Mind you, pleased we avoided the salt & grit!

Come and have a look next year, and remember the spring sprint is a free event.

Go to R 10's forum, for some pics of the event 2 years ago.
