Assuming there are no accusations naming companies and suggesting dodgy practice there's no issue. I thought this was just a case of a car failing out of warantee and the owner being upset about it?
I'm not sure why this has any relevance to the other thread that had legal issues, as the original poster agreed? Conspiracy theorists, please consider that we have an AGM coming up next week and some comments on the forums have led to the possibility that things will be tightened even further. I assume you'll all be at the AGM to support us, and lobbying your RO, RS and the board, and not just adding sarcastic signatures about litigation that add fuel to the fire? [][]
