I know the Cayenne has a TV option, but is it possible to get TV in a 997?

(Just in case one gets stuck in traffic...)

Give me a call at Surrey Car Radio on 01276 24415.
I'll do some research for you and see what I can find out.
Many thanks
Steve.

I'm sure you'll squeeze one into the back. Is it colour or black & white you're thinking of ?

Sorry - couldn't resist.

Why would you though ?

I've had TV's in BMW's before and never actually used them other than to tell people 'its got a TV you know', oh and yes, the picture is rubbish but then it is in a car after all and therfore not really comparable to your 65 inch HD Carlos Fandango Plasma in the cinema room.

ipod compatability would be more useful perhaps ?

I too had a BMW with a TV and found it to be a complete waste of time. The only time you could watch it was when the car was stationary with the handbrake engaged. In most jams I found that traffic would move slowly so you couldn't actually sit and watch the TV as you needed the handbrake off.

It is true the tv tuner systems arnt that fantastic to be honest, but they do work, depending on the area your in.
We should be able to keep the screen on if we can find a aux input.
Ive got a couple of suppliers looking into intergrating an aux input for the OEM screen. Should have some news early next week.
As for I pods we can do those for you, also be able to keep your factory cd changer.
Call me and I can get some prices for you.

Got them both...

The TV option in the Cayenne Turbo is pretty good as it's Digital reception. Even better in the new Merc ML63 AMG

I believe that you can get a DVD player which plays through the SatNav system.

Now, which films would be suitable for a 911 - Easy Rider [:D]?

How about True Romance with the white flatnose turbo??
