Don't think a PC will ask for £5k more - although that one does have a nice spec. http://ucl.porsche.de/ucl/plsql/uk/clients.show_car?sid_=062635739C0XKU0JXT78U66WHTMXZYY&pnr_=1&lnr_=3&caller_= and you get a 2 year warranty from a Porsche Centre which you don't get from a private buyer. At best you will get the remainder of any extended warranty.

Hi Steve, A low mileage Porsche ex-demo car with a very full spec. Looks like a nice car but I would have thought overpriced for a base non-DFI 2.9-litre Cayman (the PCs would probably be asking that sort of money). Private sellers often struggle to sell cars at that price because they're unable to offer finance, so it might be worth making an offer if you're really interested. There's no mention of a Porsche extended warranty which would cost about £1.1k, so that would be a good bargaining point. Personally, I'd prefer a Cayman S to a base Cayman - often there's not a huge difference in price and the S cars can have superior specs. You really need to drive both before making a final decision.
