It's like driving a new car - Geo setup

Hi

Paid a visit to Chris Franklin at Centre Gravity yesterday to have the C4 geo looked at.
The guy is brilliant, took a few hours to get a base line reading, which to be honest wasn't that bad, but I want the car to have a track bias setup so he set about altering castor, toe, camber to suit. Expaining along the way how different components work and the effect they have.
He explained/taught the way a setup can have an effect on the car/tyres, what to look for on tyre wear, how the car should handle etc and on the drive home the car drove like a dream.

The bloke started on the initial baseline setup at 0930 and finished at 1400. He then started to get stuck in to the siezed bolts (virtually every one needed) and didn't finish the setup until 2100. He let me get my hands dirty on whatever I wanted to get involved in, the whole day felt like a masterclass session.
Total cost was a lot less than expected considering he had the car for 11.5 hrs.
And he bought the bacon sandwiches and coffee.
A great day with a lot learnt, Spa and Ring in May will be the true test but I have high hopes.
Chris is a complete professional who takes extreme pride and has a lot of passion for his art, if your not happy with the ride I would recommend a visit, just remember your overalls!!
