It's snow fair!!!!

When are we ever going to see the back of this snow??

I got a visit today from those snowmen who were wandering about on the M74. (They didn't see Mr H on their travels). Only 1 of them had their carrot nose, the rest of them said theirs had dropped off........frost bite I think. Any way I gave them a wee dram and said they could stay as long as they wanted, well until the weather improved!!!!

I am sick of this snow, it has been weeks now since I have been out on my bike, it is driving me mad [:(]
 
Jane get a training flywheel for the garage. Then you can ride whenever you like!

There is one with a video screen so you can even set up races.
 
Jane ... just passed another nutcase out cycling on a slush and ice strewn dual carriageway ... crazy! [&:]

Just like most people are asking is there no end to this?? the answer is no!! according to the met office it is to be with us for the next 10days.I did venture out as this is the first day the good lady has been out following her fall and a chipped bone on her finger We have not seen a grit lorry around our way for 8days and when you phone SLC they say all refiling of bins and pavement salting has been suspended it is a joke .We headed for Ayr and to be honest you would have thought we where on a different planet not one bit of snow only frosty pavements walked along the beach in the sunshine the sea was like a milk pond very enjoyable as long as you where wrapped up, and it very busy .Have made no attempt to take my cars out instead I am using the KA and it has been great never been stuck once

Charles I have a turbo trainer it is in the house though, as the garage has cars in it, shock horror [:eek:]

Apparantly I was hearing one hour on that, is the equivilant of three out on the bike, so I am doing an hour a day, to keep my legs working, so to speak [8D]
